You can see the battery percentage indicator in our application. Also when the batteries are about to die, you will get a notification.
How many users can get the access to open the lock?
You can decide or can give access to any number of users who has the user id and password. One lock can be linked to only user ID, which you can further share with anyone you like to.
Can I take the access back given to someone in past by changing password?
Yes, you can change your password anypoint of time by clicking on CHANGE PASSWORD from Settings.
Can I open the lock remotely sitting anywhere, or I need to be in certain range of the lock to open it?
Yes, this is the USP of SafeoBuddy lock, we make life easy. You have all the controls to open it.
Are all your locks waterproof?
Yes all our locks are Splash proof, few are waterproof as well.
